2 16oz cans of salsa (I used no salt added)
1 4oz can of chilis (or 1 12 oz can of green salsa).
3 cans of beans (I used black, pinto, and kidney).
1 28oz can of crushed tomoatoes
1 cup quinoa
1 can (12-16 oz) ale
This is of course optional
1-2 Tbs chili powder + other spices
1-3 cups low sodium chicken broth
Salt and pepper

Open all of the cans and jars.
Dump everything (except for the quinoa) into a big pot
Taste and season as necessary.
Add the quinoa and stir well.
If using an instant pot cook at high pressure for 15 min.
If using a standard pot boil until the quinoa is fully cooked.
Stir well before serving
Serve with cornbread, cheese, crackers...whatever you want!
